Goat milk contains vitamin A, vitamin B3 (niacin), thiamin, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), and vitamin B5 (pantothenate). Its naturally occurring lactic acid helps cleanse skin of impurities. Also, the alpha hydroxy acids in goat milk soap breaks the bonds in dead skin cells, giving our soap a mildly exfoliating property. Goat milk soap is soap made from goat milk. In most soaps, lye is made by combining water and sodium hydroxide. Goat milk is rich in both saturated and unsaturated fats, so when substituting goat milk for water, the resulting soap is creamier, with moisturizing properties due to these fats.
